His wife Laxi Devi, is physically challenged and unable to work. With Raksha Ram's ongoing health issues, he struggles to support his family, leading to two of his children dropping out of school due to financial strain. Their eldest son, Kishan, 18, now works as a daily wage labourer to help provide for them. Raksha Ram dreams of starting a petty shop in front of their house to earn a stable income. Your assistance could significantly improve their situation and enhance their livelihood.

Emergency Medical Support for Kalaiselvan

Kalaiselvan, a 6th standard student from Marungapuri, lost his father in an accident seven years ago. His mother, Deepa, is a daily wage laborer, supporting the family. In December 2024, due to heavy rain, Kalaiselvan missed the government bus and hitched a ride with another student on a scooter. On the way, Kalaiselvan got hit on his right leg by a car. He suffered severe injuries, including a fractured leg, torn flesh, and heavy blood loss. After initial treatment at a private hospital, he was transferred to the Government Hospital in Trichy, where he underwent surgery. His mother has spent Rs. 15,000, but they need an additional Rs. 30,000 for his ongoing treatment. Your support will help Kalaiselvan to recover.

Toilet for a family

Toilet for Ananya’s family

11-year-old Ananya lives with her parents and elder siblings in a village in Yadgir district. Her father is the sole breadwinner, earning a meagre income. They live in a tin-roofed house without a toilet, and open defecation is common due to the lack of proper sanitation. Ananya and her sister feel unsafe going out early in the morning or late at night. Thanks to your support, Ananya now has a proper toilet at home—a true blessing for her and her sister.

Wheelchair for Thulasi

Thulasi, a 13-year-old girl, is both mentally and physically challenged, entirely dependent on her parents. Due to financial difficulties, her parents could not afford a wheelchair, making it difficult to move her. On 21st December 2023, World Vision India provided Thulasi with a wheelchair. Her grandparents expressed deep gratitude, noting that this support has greatly eased their burden. They wholeheartedly thanked WVI Nandyal ADP for the invaluable assistance.
