Ranjana is an 18 year old girl, born with a spinal cord condition. She lives with her parents and brother. Her father is a daily wage labourer and mother is a housewife. Her brother is studying in ninth standard, Despite the family financial struggles they have always sought the best possible care for their children. However, the recent surgery for Ranjana has left them with overwhelming medical expenses. They had borrowed money from local self help groups and money lenders. They are unable to afford the necessary postoperative care. Emergency Medical Support for Murugesan

Murugesan, a 10th-grade student from Marungapuri village, has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. His symptoms began with severe headaches and vision problems, leading his parents to consult an eye hospital. After further examination at a multi-specialty hospital, he underwent surgery and was diagnosed with cancer. Murugesan has already undergone five chemotherapy sessions and is preparing for his sixth. The family has spent over 8 lakhs on his treatment, but they are now facing severe financial strain. They urgently need support to continue his treatment. Toilet for a family

Toilet for Ananya’s family

11-year-old Ananya lives with her parents and elder siblings in a village in Yadgir district. Her father is the sole breadwinner, earning a meagre income. They live in a tin-roofed house without a toilet, and open defecation is common due to the lack of proper sanitation. Ananya and her sister feel unsafe going out early in the morning or late at night. Thanks to your support, Ananya now has a proper toilet at home—a true blessing for her and her sister.

Wheelchair for Thulasi

Thulasi, a 13-year-old girl, is both mentally and physically challenged, entirely dependent on her parents. Due to financial difficulties, her parents could not afford a wheelchair, making it difficult to move her. On 21st December 2023, World Vision India provided Thulasi with a wheelchair. Her grandparents expressed deep gratitude, noting that this support has greatly eased their burden. They wholeheartedly thanked WVI Nandyal ADP for the invaluable assistance.
